WHEN THE DEADLINE IS CLOSE

Last-minute Diwali delivery.

Forgotten gifts, delayed stock or an event tomorrow? Share the real deadline first. We’ll assess the fastest feasible movement for your shipment.

Built around your need

  • A client gift that cannot wait for routine shipping
  • An event kit delayed at the supplier
  • Urgent replacement stock for a festive sale
  • A time-sensitive parcel between major cities

01

Start with the clock

Share when the cargo will actually be packed and ready, plus the latest acceptable delivery date and time. Include pickup and delivery PIN codes. A city name alone cannot confirm collection time, airport access or the final delivery leg.

02

What SOS timing means

SOS delivery is typically planned around a 10–16 hour window depending on the next available flight and the route. If no suitable flight is available after pickup, hour counting starts from the next available flight’s departure. Your quotation must confirm the applicable window; this is not an unconditional pickup-to-door promise.

03

A flight is only part of the journey

Collection, cargo acceptance, airline cut-offs, flight capacity, arrival release and the destination road leg all affect feasibility. Tell us about holiday closures, appointment-only buildings and unavailable receivers before we propose a plan.

04

If the deadline cannot be met

Ask for the earliest realistic alternative before deciding. We will review feasibility rather than treat an enquiry or payment as proof of a guaranteed flight, pickup or delivery. For complex, high-value or heavier cargo, speak with the team directly.
