For the safety of our staff, partners, and the general public, and to comply with legal regulations, PORTADOR strictly prohibits the shipment of certain items. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure that their parcel does not contain any of the items listed below.

Prohibited Items List

The following items are strictly forbidden and must not be sent through any of our services:

Liquids of any kind

Including beverages, gels, creams, and lotions.

Dangerous Goods

Explosives, flammable gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, oxidizers, toxic and infectious substances, radioactive materials, and corrosives.

High-Value Goods

Currency, precious metals and stones, jewelry, and bullion.

Electronics

Standalone batteries (like power banks), and devices with batteries not securely installed. Laptops and phones are generally allowed but may be subject to specific restrictions.

Legal & Official Documents

Passports, driving licenses, birth certificates, and other government-issued documents.

Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances

Any item banned by the NDPS Act.

Live Animals and Plants

All living organisms are prohibited.

Pornography and Obscene Material

Any content deemed inappropriate or illegal.

Firearms, Weaponry, and Parts thereof

All types of weapons and weapon components.

Restricted Items

Some items may be carried on a contractual basis if the shipper meets certain criteria and the items are properly declared and packaged. Please contact our support team for more information on shipping restricted items.

Shipper’s Responsibility

The shipper will be held solely responsible for any costs, damages, or legal penalties resulting from the shipment of a prohibited item. PORTADOR reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or dispose of any package suspected of containing prohibited items without prior notice and without liability.
