How PORTADOR calculates weight
For each box, multiply length × breadth × height in centimetres and divide by 5,000. Multiply by quantity, add actual weights and volumetric weights separately, then take the higher shipment total.
Measure the outside of the finished packaging, including protrusions. Use the packed weight from a scale. PORTADOR uses the 5,000 divisor for this calculator; carrier and service tariffs can differ.
