Welcome to PORTADOR. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our logistics and delivery services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
PORTADOR provides AI-powered air cargo and logistics services across India and internationally. Our services include but are not limited to:
- •PORTADOR SOS: 10-hour and same-day delivery
- •PORTADOR EXPRESS: Next/second business day delivery
- •PORTADOR GLOBAL: International shipping to 190+ countries
- •Other specialized logistics services as advertised
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information including pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, and shipment contents. Any delays or issues arising from incorrect information will be your responsibility.
2.2 Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship any prohibited or restricted items as outlined in our Prohibited Items policy. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.3 Packaging
All items must be properly packaged to withstand normal handling during transit. PORTADOR is not liable for damage due to inadequate packaging.
3. Liability and Insurance
3.1 Limited Liability
PORTADOR’s liability is limited to the declared value of goods or ₹5,000 per kg, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
3.2 Time Guarantees
While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, service guarantees are subject to factors beyond our control including weather, regulatory delays, and force majeure events.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon booking unless credit terms have been agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including UPI, cards, and bank transfers. Late payment may result in service suspension.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made before pickup. Refund eligibility depends on the service type and timing of cancellation. Please refer to our No Refund Policy for detailed terms.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under Indian law. The jurisdiction for all legal matters shall be New Delhi, India.
7. Modifications
PORTADOR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
