Priority Air Cargo Routes

Estimated delivery: 10-16 hours. Hour counting starts from departure of the next available accepted flight, not from pickup. If no flight is available after pickup that day, hour counting starts when the next available accepted flight departs. Waiting before departure is additional; the quotation states the confirmed delivery deadline.

YES. Overnight delivery to a Tier-2 city depends on suitable air and road connections, acceptance and the receiving location. Share the PIN codes and required arrival time for a route review; next-morning delivery requires specific confirmation.

PORTADOR EXPRESS means next or second business day, subject to route, readiness and cutoff review. Urgent movements are assessed under SOS around the next available suitable flight. Ask for the applicable delivery plan for the individual shipment.

If a flight is delayed or cancelled, PORTADOR reviews available alternatives and communicates a revised plan. Rerouting depends on suitable flight capacity, cargo acceptance and operational availability; a replacement movement requires confirmation.

NO. Share the required delivery deadline for a feasibility review. A time-definite commitment applies only when expressly confirmed for the individual shipment. Tracking, a quotation or an AWB alone does not create a delivery guarantee.

YES. Sunday and public-holiday requests are subject to route, cargo and team availability. Confirm pickup, destination receiving hours and the proposed delivery arrangement for the individual shipment before relying on service that day.

Cutoffs are confirmed for each shipment, based on the collection location, cargo-ready time, acceptance process, suitable flight and destination handover. Share the packed-ready time and required arrival to obtain a feasible plan.
