• Electronics & Fragile Items: Gadgets, batteries, high-value machinery, or breakable goods.

• Valuables: Currency, coins, precious metals, jewelry, and negotiable instruments.

• Documents: Original certificates, passports, IDs, demand drafts, cheque books, or any legal documents.

• Dangerous & Illegal Materials: Firearms, explosives, narcotics, radioactive substances, and any material banned by law.

• Hazardous Items: Flammable substances, magnetized materials, fireworks, alcohol, or any restricted item under airline security laws.

2. Right to Refusal

Portador Logistics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right to refuse acceptance of any shipment at any time, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Regulatory & Compliance Issues: Violation of DGCA, government, or security laws.

• Airline & Vendor Restrictions: Internal operational challenges of partner airlines, airport authorities, or vendors.

• Logistics & Safety Concerns: High-risk shipments, improper packaging, or security threats.

• Company Discretion: Any shipment deemed unsuitable for transportation by our internal policies.

⚠️ Note: Shipping prohibited or restricted items is illegal and may result in penalties, legal action, or shipment confiscation as per airline and government regulations.
